By using our website or placing an order with JomeTech Branding, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jometechbranding.co.zw and any services provided by JomeTech Branding, a division of JomeTech Africa, located at 163 Chinhoyi Street, Harare, Zimbabwe.
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
JomeTech Branding provides branding, printing, design, signage, vehicle branding, apparel and related services. All services are:
- Subject to availability and our production capacity
- Quote-based — prices are provided upon request and are not fixed until confirmed in writing
- Delivered within agreed timelines from the date of artwork approval and payment confirmation
3. Quotes & Orders
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may change after this period due to material costs or other factors.
Placing an Order
An order is confirmed only when:
- You have approved the quote in writing (via WhatsApp, email or our contact form)
- Artwork has been approved (where applicable)
- A deposit or full payment has been received (see Payment section)
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Payment
- A deposit of 50% is required to commence production on most orders
- Full payment is required before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed
- We accept EcoCash, bank transfer and cash
- All prices are in Zimbabwe dollars (ZWL) or USD as quoted
- Invoices not settled within 7 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines begin from the date artwork is approved AND deposit is received
- We offer delivery across Zimbabwe — delivery fees apply and are quoted separately
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events outside our control
6. Artwork & Files
- You are responsible for providing correct, print-ready artwork files where applicable
- We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG (300dpi+) and PSD files
- We will produce a digital proof for approval before printing — production begins only after your written approval
- We are not liable for errors in approved artwork
- By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or are licensed to use it
7. Returns & Reprints
We take quality seriously. If a product is defective due to our error:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence
- We will reprint or refund at our discretion
- Reprints are not provided for approved artwork errors or change-of-mind
- Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective
8. Intellectual Property
- Original design work created by us remains our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final designs for the agreed purpose
- Source files (AI, PSD) are not included unless specifically agreed in writing
- You must not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JomeTech Branding shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential losses
- Loss of business, revenue or profits
- Losses arising from reliance on information on our website
Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
